Reynard Street Neighbourhood House currently offers a variety of English classes for different skill levels.

Intermediate English

Our English classes are friendly and welcoming. Classes are taught by qualified EAL teachers (assisted by trained volunteers) and designed for those with basic skills or intermediate skills in English who would like to improve their reading, writing and speaking.

This class is designed to further develop existing English skills and gain confidence in listening, speaking, reading and writing. ACFE funded.

Term 2, 2019

Tuesday, 23 April – 25 June, 9.15am – 11.45am

Cost per 10-week term: $70, conc. $40

Cost per 10-week term with Thursdays Conversation English Class (2 classes per week): $110, conc. $60

Basic English

This class welcomes people with low-level English skills to improve their reading, writing, listening and speaking in safe and friendly environment.

Term 2, 2019

Wednesdays, 24 April – 26 June, 9am – 11.30am

Cost per 10-week term with Thursdays Conversation English Class (2 classes per week): $110, conc. $60

English Conversation Group

This workshop is led by skilled EAL teachers and is designed for those with basic to intermediate skills in English who would like to practice speaking in a relaxed environment.

Cost per 9-week term with level English Class (2 classes per week): $110, conc. $60

Play and Learn English Program (PALE)

For students who have children, there is a possibility of Play and Learn English Program. This will run concurrently with the English Conversation Group.

Free for children of English students
