We’re so pleased that we can welcome back our community guests for community lunch every Friday! If you’d like to join us too, please contact us prior, as spots are limited due to COVID restrictions.
We are still cooking free homemade meals for takeaway! Prepared weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays with rescued and surplus food provided by Open Table and Food Bank Victoria, we are cooking up healthy and delicious meals for takeaway.
Pick up between 12pm and 3pm, Tuesday to Thursday. There is no need to call ahead if you are coming to collect food during these times.
Every Friday during the school term, from 12.30pm

Through our partners, Open Table and Correctional Services, rescued and surplus food is used to make a delicious and healthy feast for everyone to enjoy. Our free monthly community lunches are well attended, with returning patrons bringing neighbours, family and friends.
Using surplus food from the local area and with the help of volunteers, we serve up hearty, vegetable-based meals with the goal of developing community cohesion and unity, whilst tackling the growing issue of food insecurity.
Through a shared meal, we aim to create a stronger understanding and appreciation for our diverse community and also provide the opportunity to strengthen social skills for everyone wishing to participate.
