Term 3 Program is ready for booking! We have two Term 3 Program is ready for booking!

We have two playgroup opportunities for families to come together, grow and connect.

Our CHILDREN'S Programs include:

👨‍👦‍👦Community Playgroup 
Join us for a playful, welcoming playgroup! Explore crafts, songs, dancing, indoor/outdoor play in our sensory garden, and connect with other families.
Wednesdays commencing 15 July, 10am-12pm

👨‍👦Little Explorers 
A nature-based playgroup where children and their grown ups connect with the earth through mud play, garden adventures and creative nature activities.
Thursdays commencing 16 July, 10am-12pm

We also provide opportunities for new parents to form playgroups, with the playgroup room available for hire. Get in touch with us to fidn out more informaiton about fees, dates and times available.

Come along and join our fitness classes- meet your health goals in a casual and welcoming environment.

Our HEALTH & WELLBEING classes include:

🤸‍♀️ Cardio Circuit
Circuit is a form of body conditioning or resistance training targeting cardio, strength and endurance. Please bring a towel, a water bottle and a mat.

Thursdays commencing 16 July, 6-6:45pm

🤸‍♂️ Pilates
Strengthen and tone the body with a focus on core, posture and flexibility. Work on your balance and body awareness through guided floor exercises. Please bring your own mat.

Mondays commencing 13 July, 5:30pm & 6:30pm
On Friday, we had a farewell gathering to wish Nat On Friday, we had a farewell gathering to wish Nathacha the very best as her time with Reynard Street Neighbourhood House comes to a close.

Nathacha has been with us for the past 5 years as the Garden Coordinator, Programs Coordinator and more recently as Executive Officer. 
Many of you would have come across Nathacha, whether it be within the garden or as a program participant over the years. With a smile on her face, always willing to assist, provide information and support our community. 

Thank you Nathacha for all that you have provided in warmth, knowledge and fun here at RSNH. We will miss you dearly and wish the very best for the next chapter ahead.

Are you looking for an opportunity to explore your artistic streak?

Our CREATIVE Programs include:

👚 Sewing for Everyone
Want to learn to sew in a fun, flexible environment? Join our beginner-friendly sewing course where you'll build skills at your own pace through creative projects that suit your style. No experience needed!

Thursdays commencing 16 July, 10am-12pm

🎨 Experimenting with Art
Learn fundamental creative skills across drawing, painting, collage making, printmaking and sculpture. Experiment with different materials and techniques in a relaxeds and supportive environment. Perfect if you're looking for a creative outlet each week, or want to put a folio together for yourself, or in your studies.

Thursdays commencing 16 July, 5:30-7:30pm

We have a number of opportunities for community to get involved, learn new skills and form connections.

Our FREE offerings include:

🌱 Seeds of Change
A welcoming space for women & non-binary people to create community, gain skills in the garden & broaden their employability pathways. Participants gain First Aid & CPR certification as part of this program. 
We're able to offer this opportunity to our community FREE, thanks to Sisters of Charity, Collier Charitable Fund & Inner North Community Foundation.
Mondays commencing 13 July, 9:30am-12:30pm

🥖 Growing Connections
Opportunity for women & non-binary people to gain experience in a commercial kitchen & develop hospitality skills. Participants gain their Food handling certificate as part of this program.
We're able to offer this opportunity to our community FREE, thanks to Collier Charitable Fund & Melbourne Airport.
Mondays commencing 13 July, 9:30am-12:30pm

🌾 Deep Ecology
Falling in love with the world. Join this monthly gathering to connect with others through interactive exercises that offer wider surprising perspectives on climate change.
First Wednesday of the month, 6-8pm

🌽 Food Swap
Join us to exchange your garden produce, preserves, seeds and seedlings. Share gardne tips, ideas and recipes
Second Saturday of the month, 10:30am-12:30pm
Term 3 bookings are now open! Our regular classe Term 3 bookings are now open! 

Our regular classes and social groups are back, as well as some new events and workshops. Mika's Miso Making Workshop is back after a successful debut last term, and we are taking registrations for a newly-added Pilates Class on Thursdays (6:45pm).

Safe to say, we’re completely smitten and equally baffled! How has a goat ended up at the House?!

If anyone local is missing their goat, it’s here! Please get touch- though we want to keep it as our mascot, we’re keen for little goatie to find its mama.
