The Reynard Street Community Garden is a welcoming and open space where community members can connect, learn, share, and grow together.

Established in 2017 as an initiative by Merribek City Council and the Reynard Street Neighbourhood House, the garden is located in Robinson Reserve, Coburg. Initially supported by Corrections Victoria, the garden began with simple raised beds and has since transformed into a vibrant urban oasis filled with native and edible plants.

At Reynard Street Community Garden, we offer:

• Gardening courses and workshops to help you learn the basics of community gardening
• Volunteer opportunities to connect with fellow locals and contribute to the space
• A seed library, open to everyone for sharing and contributing seeds
• A friendly, inclusive environment for knowledge-sharing and skill-building

Our garden is also linked with the Reynard Street Neighbourhood House and the Reynard Street Community Kitchen, where fresh produce from the garden is used to create delicious meals.

Whether you're a local or just passing through, we welcome you to drop by, get your hands dirty, or even pick some herbs on your way home. Everyone is invited to be part of this growing community!
