A huge thank you to everyone who made our Bunnings Sausage Sizzle, such a fantastic day!!

To our incredible volunteers and staff who put in time and effort behind the scenes and on the day. We couldn’t have done it without you!

With your support (and lots of hungry visitors), we sold over 2,200 sausages 🙌🏾🔥

The energy was amazing, the smiles were endless, and we’re so grateful to our community for coming down to support the fundraiser.

What a sunny Sunday to remember — full of teamwork, good food, and community spirit. ❤️💚
🌿 Little Garden Explorers – Week 4 🌞 Last 🌿 Little Garden Explorers – Week 4 🌞

Last week was all about adventure and imagination as our little ones set off on a treasure hunt through the garden! With the sun shining down and curious eyes searching high and low, it was the perfect day to explore the natural environment around us.

Winding through our beautiful sensory garden, our explorers discovered different textures, colours, scents, and tiny treasures tucked away among the plants. It was a joyful reminder of how much there is to learn and enjoy when we take the time to slow down and connect with nature.

These moments offer children the chance to be outdoors, to move freely, and to engage all their senses while learning through play. As they explore, they build confidence, develop curiosity, and deepen their appreciation for the natural world.

We love watching each child grow in their own unique way, and we’re so grateful to share these sunny garden mornings together. Looking forward to more discoveries next week!

Reynard St Community Garden Appreciation! Our co Reynard St Community Garden Appreciation!

Our community garden is a shared space where neighbours come together to grow food, swap ideas, and learn simple ways to live more sustainably. 🌱 Throughout the years, we have joined together to compost veggie scraps, reuse what we can, and experiment with different ways of gardening that work for our small urban space. It’s not always perfect, but it’s real — and it’s built on community effort.

Every handful of compost and every sprouting seed is part of something practical and ongoing. A garden looked after by many hands, growing slowly, season by season. 💚There’s always something quietly happening in the RSNH garden — compost breaking down, herbs going to seed, someone watering or pulling weeds, having a chat over the fence.

It’s a little reminder that small, shared efforts can make a real difference. 💚
