Sheena is a multi-discipline visual artist, arts facilitator and mentor. Working across painting, printmaking, drawing, collage and wearable art, Sheena’s work is playful, vibrant and grounded in a strong physical presence.

Through her work under the banner of Woman-made, Sheena has designed and delivered a range of creative programs and projects including Strutt Your Stuff, Level Playing Field, and Woman-made Gallery. Her facilitation style is warm, encouraging and grounded in the belief that everyone is creative, regardless of experience or background.

Join our hands-on urban gardening program, where we learn how to grow fresh, healthy food in any space — from backyards and balconies to shared community gardens. Whether you have a backyard, balcony, or are part of a community garden, you’ll gain practical skills using sustainable, permaculture-inspired practices.

Together, our friendly group explores:
🌼 Healthy soil and composting
🌼 Pruning and seasonal plant care
🌼 Natural pest control
🌼 Growing food that works with nature
🌼 And plenty of shared learning along the way

One of the highlights of last term was the sense of community that grew alongside the plants — people learning together, sharing tips, and enjoying time outdoors. This is a continuing program, so new participants are always welcome to join at any time.

🕘 Thursdays | 9:00am–12:30pm
Come along, get your hands dirty, meet lovely people, and enjoy watching your garden (and confidence!) grow 🌞🌱 Book via Social Planet through the link in our bio!
