We're excited to announce that, by popular demand, we've added an additional Pilates class to our schedule! 🙌

🌟 What to Expect:
Strengthen and tone your body with a focus on core, posture, and flexibility. Work on your balance and body awareness through guided floor exercises – perfect for all levels! 🌿

🌱 Permaculture Garden Design Course🌱
Join our 8-week course and learn how to transform your small backyard, balcony, or even windowsill into a productive, sustainable garden using permaculture principles.

What you'll learn:
🌿 Design efficient and beautiful gardens in small spaces
🌿 Vertical gardening, container gardening, and maximising food production
🌿 Water conservation, soil health, organic pest management
🌿 Creating mini food forests and attracting beneficial wildlife, and more!

Our neighbourhood house will be closed from Monday, 16th December 2024, for the Christmas and New Year holidays. We’ll be back and ready to kick off another year of programs on Tuesday, 28th January 2025.
