First Aid Training
This training course will give you the skills and knowledge required to provide First Aid response in the home, workplace or within the community.

This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult, child or infant.

Governance Training
For new board/committee of management members. Topics include understanding their role and responsibilities, planning and decision making, managing organisation risk and monitoring finances.

Introduction to Coffee Making Workshops
Learn the basics of how to make coffee using a commercial machine. Practice making espressos, cappuccinos and lattes, set up and clean your workspace. Perfect introduction for those looking for work in a cafe.

Garden Volunteering Workshops
Join us for planting, weeding, pruning and maintenance in the community garden. Use of manual tools and moderate lifting involved. Please wear closed in shoes and sun protection.
