Reynard Street Neighbourhood House currently offers a variety of exercise classes for different fitness and skill levels.

New students should arrive 10 minutes early. Conditions may apply depending on medical clearance.

CARDIO CIRCUIT

Circuit is a form of body conditioning or resistance training targeting cardio, strength and endurance. Please bring a towel, water bottle, and a mat.

Mondays 9.30 – 10.15am

Thursdays 6.30 – 7.15pm

PILATES

Strengthen and tone the body with a focus on core, posture and flexibility. Work on your balance and body awareness through guided floor exercises. Please bring your own mat.

Mondays 5.30 – 6.15pm or 6.30 – 7.15pm

$130 (10 weeks)

STRETCH

Learn poses and techniques to increase flexibility and blood flow to your muscles. Please bring your own mat.

Mondays 10.15 – 11.00am
